  1. Here's the thing. I'm Black and I have gone to school with neo-nazis, and they don't even know what a so-called "white person" is. Their designation, classification, and justification for who they consider to be a "white person" are arbitrary. They basically weed out any cultural differences that seem foreign to them, and classify them as other and "non-white". When you talk to them, it really doesn't make a difference because even if their world was full of European, Norwegian, Swedish Scandinavians, they would still find something, a 1.0% difference that separates out a certain segment in their population, (a them or an other), in their pure Caucasian Utopia. Just off of the top of my head, they would quickly single out and demonize left-handed people.
