We've had Federal Gun control Laws in America, because white Americans were afraid of the Civil Rights movement, since the 60s that have restricted Hand Gun ownership to 21 and older. Florida is only adopting a version of a Federal law. In the United States, we have the Right to bear arms but that doesn't mean anyone can.   36. Pardon the pun but this is a pipedream. Saudi-Arabia and the United States are the world's two largest oil producers and they will not go along with this manipulation of the crude oil prices. Iran doesn't have the output to even make a dent in the oil market, and Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia would love to fill any deficit created by Venezuela.
