  1. It was in 2015 when Jack Ma was asked if Chinese Engineers were comparable to Western engineers. He said... YES ! As an American, I 100% agree with him Jack Ma said it's the CCP which punishes independent thought, and rewards groupthink that's the problem. Without independent thought, Engineers cannot innovate. The interview was at a silicon valley tech conference and they were asking Jack Ma why was he opening so many tech incubators around China and not the government.
