  2. Yes, this is true: Chinese friends in another city inform me that the situation with the increasing restrictions and daily testing is unbearable. Also, shops have run out of everything because there are many closed roads across the whole country blocking deliveries, just in case there is a coronavirus hitching a ride on something.
