@rgcdn No, it's how a mad dictator desperately tries to realize a long-dead imperial ambition. Ask every country that neighbors Russia about the past 100 years and you might understand why they are hated so much.

He was pathetic in this. He sat there and let the mad dictator go on his tirade for hours. He let himself get played hard.

But first, an hour-long lesson about the past 2000 years of Eastern European history according to revisionist Russian nationalists, and why Ukraine is a fake country created by Josef the Stalin less than a hundred years ago also Poles are to blame for WWII.
3
Go live in Russia if you love their supreme leader. His tirade was "off the cuff" because it's the same stuff he always spews.

@jaybruno3571 Look at you gobbling up pure propaganda from an enemy nation. Putin called you and every American an idiot in this interview, and I'm beginning to see why.
1
@jenchaolin You actually think Russia has real elections? It must be easy to win again and again when you imprison all your opposition. He built Russia into what- a poor country with a purely resource-based economy, happily throwing their kids into the meat grinder to pursue revanchist ambitions
1
How anyone can be foolish enough to believe that is mindblowing. Putin just gave his whole warped view of history justifying his belief that Ukraine is not even a legitimate nation. You need no other information to understand why he started this war.
1
The Poles started WWII, didn't you listen to Putin?
1
Putin started the war.
1
He doesn't believe Ukraine is even a sovereign nation because of something about Oleg the Wise.
1
MAGAs really are traitors aren't they?
1
In giving Russia everything they want essentially. We already knew that. His nebulous demand for "de-nazification" is to replace the government of Ukraine with one loyal to him.
1
Boris Johnson already denied that Russian propaganda line. Putin even said in this interview that he believes Ukraine is not even a real country. You can understand why he invaded based on that alone.
1
No one wants to move to Russia.
1
You didn't hear his insane view of history then?
1
@as.mrevans1835 It's absolutely not a fact. It's propaganda straight from the dictator's mouth. Putin's plan was always to conquer Ukraine. He believes the concept of Ukraine as a sovereign nation does not exist and he even reiterated that belief in the interview. Only a fool would buy any of his weak attempts to shift blame for the war. I thought Tucker was smarter than to let himself be manipulated like that, but anything to grasp whatever relevance he has left.
1
He's a useful idiot for imperialist Russian nationalists, that's all.
1
It was a two hour PR spot for Putin, and Tucker is dragging his weak-minded suggestible fans into it.
1
If you're wooed by the mad dictator's words you could always move to Russia.
1
Russia belongs to Ukraine
1
@sweetscience3770 You believe the propaganda of a foreign country with imperial ambitions known for hiring legions of internet shills. Have you always been this easily fooled?
1
Russian imperialist propaganda was always a click away.
1
This Russian propaganda has been available for anyone to read for a long time.
1
He told his real justification when he claimed Ukraine isn't a real country but an invention of Stalin. He doesn't believe in a sovereign Ukraine- he and other Russian nationalists have been saying it for decades. It's nothing but imperial ambition and there's nothing moral about it.
