Once you're locked into the marriage contract she can change her mind about being traditional at any moment. No fault divorce is ready for her any time she is ready. Alimony & child support checks are waiting for her to collect them. And she can win a free house through the divorce court. Until Society does a 180 and changes the laws and re-institutes the patriarchy don't fall for a chameleon telling you what you want to hear.
