  1. Self-preservation is key in these times for Men. Assume every interaction with a female co-worker could one day be used against you. Keep all interactions short and professional. Make sure there is always another person around & NEVER interact with them if the door is closed. You're inviting a potential future sexual harrassment suit. Do not interact with them outside of work either as the same self-preservation applies. It's best to simply avoid them as much as possible while at work. Hook up a video recording device and have it recoding whenever a woman enters your cube or office.
