How about a video on how to unplug & disable all the surveillance in modern cars?

@robbraxmantech I don't have any of that. I deliberately use a flip phone, and I rarely take it with me when I leave the house. Connecting your phone to a modern car is a big privacy no-no.

@goathead3329 Or buy a good used car before the rolling surveillance era began. Rob could tell us how & what to disable, and what to unplug.

@one_b I use a flip phone running Kai OS. I think they will always be around if only to service seniors who can't comprehend modern technology.

@irony11 The good thing with a flip phone is the amount of "phoning home" is drastically limited compared to smartphones. Smartphone have so many apps collecting & selling your data. A flip phone has very few apps on it as it is. If need be I'd put it in airplane mode until I need to use it, or even take the battery out. I don't get many calls and I like it that way. Only a handful of people have my number anyway. I really only take it with me if I go on a long trip.

@grayrabbit2211 There are still interior microphones and interior cameras in a lot of these newer cars. I'm thinking one would need to study the fuse box and do internet searches to determine which fuses enable the surveillance. I have a really good scan tool that does bi-directional testing. I'm guessing I could hook it up to the OBD-II port and disable some of these surveillance systems. Soon enough a privacy minded hacker will come up with a way to use a scan tool to interfere with this surveillance crap.
