  1. If you must carry a cell phone make it a flip phone that doesn't run Android. I ditched carrying a smartphone years ago and am better off for it. Most of the time I walk out the door without even carrying my flip phone. When I go outside I see all the smartphone zombies and I do not want to go back to being one of them. It's great to be present and in the moment in my interactions.

  2. @DM-ei6oo Sure but the number of apps in your pocket collecting & sending data is drastically reduced with a flip phone.

  3.  @robyee3325 Does the flip phone have all the apps that collect & transmit data? The point of having a flip phone is to not be a smartphone zombie. Have you seen all the people with the tech neck from looking down all these years? If I do take the phone with me it usually stays in the car. When I interact with people I'm present, not looking at a smartphone.
