  1. If you can work remote then do it. Move to a cheaper part of the country. The cost of living is a lot lower where there aren't very many liberals. Seems like way too many women want this glamourous lifestyle of living in the city but that is expensive. Move out to the suburbs, find a cheaper apartment, and commute. Work remote if that is a possibility.
