  1. If people aren't living above their means they should be able to cover the property tax bill. You should be aware of all the costs in owning a home and budget accordingly. I wonder how many of these people who can't pay their property taxes currently have two car payments?

  2. I bought my house back in 2016 at 4%. A couple weeks ago my mortgage lender sent me a letter telling me all about a fantastic opportunity to do a cash out refinance. Sounded great until I read the fine print: almost 9% for the new rate. No thanks. I'll stick with what I have.

They will get everybody dependent on the "free" money then require everyone to be up to date on the latest injection that supports the current psyop as a condition of continuing to receive the "free" money. And will you be able to use the "free" money to buy whatever you want? Nope. You wont be able to exercise certain pesky Constitutional rights, or buy non-GMO foods free of zee bugs. You will not be allowed to save this "free" money as it will come with a built in expiration date, and after 2030 your "free" money will only be valid inside your designated Fifteen Minute open air prison.

  8. Once you realize the total price you pay after the interest is factored in should change your thinking. I use my credit cards wisely and pay off any large purchases as quickly as I can. I go into the transaction knowing I will break the payment up into four or five payments max so the interest doesn't eat me alive.
