"Human beings have an inherent longing to expand limitlessly" is almost verbatim from the movie Matrix spoken by Agent Smith when he interrogates/tortures the hero while comparing humanity to viruses. So there, do you see Agent Smith in Sadhguru? I surely do. And he even brings WHO along.

This is the only self-proclaimed guru that quotes WHO and who uses terminology of ball earth. Not a word on covid. He does not see the element of a human seeking freedom but sees the human's "dislike for the boundaries." Sorry, Sadhguru: 1) It is not about disliking boundaries -- it is about knowing people and working with people 2) It is not about suffering -- it is about seeking the truth, to know and be undeterred by deceit, and to apply the truth which adds value. (Value is always in the ether.) 3) Do not follow science if science does not apply the scientific method that they originally set out for themselves 4) If you do not like your boss find a better one or become a better one 5) Consider but do not follow advice of others (including gurus) -- you are the keeper of your fire 6) Understand that extreme examples do not prove much and do not help much 7) Figure out what it means to self-organize, a subject that is not taught at school (by definition, self-organizing does not need teachers or gurus). The truth is in you already

Mercury poisoning?

Ahh, back to the caveman. If you know that the earth is flat go ahead and watch. You will be safe because you can separate the truth from the stories they told you at school. Kids are full of cavemen evolution and who we are but if you can think critically you'll sort it out no problem.

One simple thing that is missing from this exhaustive interview is that mitochondria can also process fats for energy. Sugar is not essential food for people and even if we were to stop all simple sugars (from fruits and honey and sugar and...) we would not be deficient in our diet. Our body gets to make glucose from vegetables and even from fat. Glucose Goddess is the classic purveyor all MDs subscribe to: You can have a cake and eat it too. More fundamentally, bodies of people under forty can withstand a lot of abuse and people are well capable of thinking this will go on forever. When a woman of child bearing age loses her periods the problem here goes well beyond a few hacks. Finally, Glucose Goddess is a kinda gross name. If you want to popularize it you may as well hand out "Life is short -- eat desert first" bumper stickers. Yes, there is such thing as the max safe dose for sugar. Above that it is sugar poisoning. Hello! Ask her that Mr Diary. If you are a bit ahead of the sugar problem you will know it is about fat and protein quality and not about calories. Enjoy.

Did not subscribe because of your interview with Sadhguru. You looked at him with your mouth open while nodding your head. Silly and immature, really. Now, I am affected by coffee and that is why I stopped by here. Talking about coffee is the same as talking about sugar. When you find out it is not good for you it is too late. People doing Tai Ch/Kung Fu do not drink coffee. This interview is sub par because coffee gets you in countless many ways. Exit at 1:20.

And what makes you think humans were not designed or did not evolve right? My prediction: We will be overwhelmed with sales of artificial enhancements to our bodies that will not be needed. Will you buy or reminisce about vaccinations?

Right/wrong is not at the hands of the "teacher." If you think that just follow the piper...
