I hope that the commonality of our countries will be used for the friendship of our countries, and not for attempts to unleash new wars under the auspices of restoring historical justice. We in Russia do not offend national minorities in any way. For example, people in Chechnya are quite independent and the laws there are largely determined by the Chechens themselves.
