Stories about NATO losing interest in Ukraine after the loss of Crimea are ridiculous. Until 2022, NATO trained Ukrainian soldiers, supplied various weapons, and conducted joint training. After the return of Donbass, NATO would help Ukraine to return Crimea because of its importance. So the threat from NATO is also one of the reasons for the start of a special military operation, although not the only one, as you noted in the video.
