The Ukrainians are already regularly shelling the Belgorod and Kursk regions, they are already trying to attack our regions with their army. For people, the war will not fundamentally change from a strike on Moscow. The war has already come to the internationally recognized part of Russia. The deterrent is the unwillingness of the authorities and elites to transfer the war from a special operation into a full-fledged war with the full mobilization of society and economy.
