  1. The Ukrainian forces and Wagner lost quite a few soldiers in the battle for Bakhmut. But Ukraine has one important advantage. They do not take into account the losses of soldiers and therefore, instead of the old ones, they can recruit new soldiers. Ukraine, in the case of Bakhmut, mobilized people and sent many untrained people under Bakhmut for defense. Such people can easily be replaced by a new mobilization. At the same time, this method allows minimizing losses among the experienced units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thus, Ukraine retains its offensive potential. Ukraine's practically inexhaustible manpower reserve gives them a definite advantage. Russia cannot be so careless about the lives of soldiers. If Russian troops were in a situation similar to Bakhmut for Ukraine, then Russian troops would have left Bakhmut long ago.
