  2. It's right. The Wagner Group is essentially created by the security services, although it has more autonomy than a regular army. Now its importance is growing due to the inability of the Russian army to solve the problems posed, but after the war its numbers will noticeably decrease.

  3. Not sure about this. It all depends on who the citizens will blame for this. For me personally, the responsibility for this lies on the Western countries that have imposed sanctions against Russia. But I can't speak for the rest of the citizens.
