@Grasslander The problem is that it is not enough to destroy only military equipment. Ukrainian soldiers are very brave. There will be no military equipment, they will sit in the trenches with machine guns and wait for the enemy. Even Prigozhin noted the bravery of the Ukrainian soldiers who are trying to protect Bakhmut. I am afraid that in this situation the war can only end with heavy losses, after which one of the parties simply will not be able to fight. The Ukrainian society was well prepared for the war and they were told that a peace agreement with Russia would lead to a new war with Russia. People believe that they need to unconditionally defeat Russia for peace...

Yes, I know one 50-year-old man who served under the USSR, and today he was mobilized and sent to Bakhmut. The realities of life are such that trained soldiers at the front end sooner or later ...

This looks like a joke in response to the declaration of PMCs as a terrorist organization in the US and UK.

These are the realities of today's YouTube. Most channels cover the war in one way or another from the point of view that is beneficial to them. I haven't found any neutral channel yet. There are those close to objectivity, but most are engaged in pure propaganda. YouTube is full of pro-Ukrainian propaganda, you can add some pro-Russian propaganda. Why not.

Some of the mobilized soldiers have been taking part in the fighting for a long time. For example, my mobilized friend was sent to the front in the fall. This mobilization was needed primarily to compensate for the shortage of people at the front, which led to the loss of positions near Kharkov. At least that's my opinion.

Well, there was a battle for the city of Izyum. The problem was that the Russian army had a serious shortage of people, which was used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. There was no point in giving this to Ukraine, there was simply no way to keep it ...

@cartrips640 I think that an attack on Poland will somehow lead to a NATO response. If you take such actions, then you need to be ready for a full-fledged war with NATO. I'm not sure that Russian society and authorities are ready for such a confrontation.

I won’t say about all directions, but there is no caution in Bakhmut. There are battles of incredible scale and cruelty. It takes incredible courage to survive this meat grinder. The one who runs out of soldiers will lose. In Bakhmut and Soledar alone, thousands, if not tens of thousands of soldiers died. Suffice it to recall one interview with a soldier near Bakhmut. A journalist asked a soldier if it is true that an untrained soldier lives on the front line for an average of 4 hours. He thought for a bit and said that it was more than that. This gives an idea of the scale of what is happening. I won’t talk about the losses of one side or the other, because I don’t have such knowledge.

So, the Chechens stopped appearing in the news, because they stopped uploading videos to the network. Now they just fight like any other nationality.

Мне кажется, что прекращение снабжения через Днепр сегодня невозможно, хотя, конечно, хотелось бы верить в лучшее.

@timknight2834 It's all right. If the Russian military command had acted correctly, the war would have ended in the spring. And so many resources were wasted. Our soldiers came from Belarus without any drones. What can we talk about ... Now ordinary Russian men have to correct the mistakes of the leadership. However, as always.
