  14.  @eisbergsyndrom5010  I disagree with your argument that Moscow is taking all of Russia's wealth. Moscow lives best of all due to the fact that it provides the best conditions for workers. This leads to the fact that all the best minds of the country come to Moscow. Highly qualified specialists and hardworking people create the economy of Moscow. As a resident of the Urals, I am offended that the best schoolchildren from Yekaterinburg are leaving for Moscow. This is problem. It seems that we need to change the upbringing of children so that they want to develop their own region. Artificial division of the country into parts will not solve the problem of migration to Moscow. People from the regions will also leave for Moscow. And I'm afraid that they will leave not only for Moscow, but also for other countries (as has already happened in Ukraine). It does not bode well for the future of the Russians. I still do not take into account the possible scenario of China and the West intervening in this process. If the US or China tries to take over the regions of Russia, the situation will become catastrophic. And given the past 30 years, there is no doubt that both the United States and China will try to do this. The United States constantly interferes in the affairs of foreign countries under the pretext of fighting for democracy. In the event of the collapse of Russia, no one will let the Russians decide their fate. Summing up, your proposals sound like destroy everything and hope that all problems will be solved, there will be peace and everything will be fine. History shows that such things usually do not end well.
