If they have lawyers that can WRITE massive EULAs in order to fuck over average people, then they definitely have lawyers who can verify that their own actions aren't fucking themselves over. It's like how American citizens are always at fault for breaking any law, because you have access to all of the laws, just like everybody else. It's the exact same logic.
