The audacity of the cops being so thorough, and double-checking that she didn't have anything on her person that she shouldn't when she gets arrested, but absolutely paying zero attention to whether or not they were arresting the right person... Criminal negligence is the very first thing that comes to mind.

  3. 18:53 the fact that they can break the law by kidnapping somebody, and that somehow does not violate any of their policies is INSANE to me, but to America that's just how business is run and order is maintained. Let the public know their under the boot, and men, women, and children are treated as guilty until proven innocent. I'm amazed these officers didn't come up with an excuse to shoot this poor woman. They hate the general public, and they routinely make it clear.
