  1. I knew that sooner or later the fact that American women take their husband's name after marriage would become a big problem. Women in my country (Italy) keep their own name after marriage. The very few who still marry, I must add, because fortunately marriage is on its way out here in Italy and other European countries. Marriage between a man and a woman is NEVER in favor of the woman. I hope American women will learn this lesson now.
