  2.  @lisanunlist9510  yeah, I am not a fan of NATO personally, but the USA is the country that gets more value out of the alliance, not us. The USA need my country (Italy) to control the Mediterranean, like they need Israel in the Middle East. They need the 800+ American military bases to project power in the whole world. No other country has that many military bases abroad. The EU has been willing to accept American hegemony as long as we got something out of it. If the USA start treating us like enemies or colonies, we can divorce and look for other partners. The world is big, I think China has no problem with Europe. The USA will be left out in the cold alone.

  3.  @michelle1311  the only person in my country who seems to have fallen for Musk is our PM Giorgia Meloni 😞 or she is using him, probably. She has been a politician for decades, he has no clue. But from our President to most of the population, Italians hate Musk, Trump and everything related.

  7.  @michelle1311  we are doing everything we can. Musk and Trump are both DEEPLY unpopular in Europe. Tesla sales have dropped dramatically and everybody has left X but the neo-nazis. The problem is that they can threaten us economically and militarily. They already threatened to take Greenland. If they do, what do we do?? Go to war? These people are insane.
