@namelessking8905 Americans 1) do not understand European politics. 2) do not understand they need to stay OUT of our politics. 3) do not understand Europeans have a very different concept of "free speech" and we WANT to keep it this way.

@namelessking8905 hate speech is not acceptable in Europe. We like it this way. It is not a fringe idea, the vast majority of Europeans agree with me. Once again, an American who fails to understand the rest of the world have different values, rules, traditions etc.

@namelessking8905 if you think it is ok/ normal for a billionaire to buy the media and to be involved in politics, especially in politics of a country he has nothing to do with, you lack basic critical thinking. I repeat: this behavior is unacceptable in Europe. Many American things are unacceptable in Europe, but Americans seem to be uncapable of understanding.

@namelessking8905 yes it is, and Musk/X and other social media are breaking EU laws on users data, privacy, hate speech disinformation etc. In the EU everybody must respect EU laws. Even Americans business. Even foreign billionaires. Dont like it? Get out of Europe. And take your social media with you.

@namelessking8905 2) we have laws in the EU that everybody must respect. Even foreign powers and businesses. If they dont like our rules, they can move their businesses elsewhere. Not even billionaires are above the law. I am against foreign interference of ANY kind.

Politicians, party leaders, PMs, Presidents etc in Bruxelles and in several European countries are very against every kind of meddling in OUR politics. And personally, since I am NOT a double standard person, I am against European interference in other countries too. I still think the EU is acting on behalf of Washington, but the EU itself is co-responsable of the mess happening in Romania, Georgia, Serbia etc. And the mess Ukraine has been in since 2014. But the EU is not the mind behind this, it is just following orders. Not that "just following orders" has ever been a good excuse in history...

The guy has been meddling in politics in Germany, the UK, and even in my country, Italy. He has offended Italian judges doing their jobs. Our President himself had to intervene and tell M. in a twit to mind his own business, and that Italy can take care of itself. If you think what M. is doing is "normal", I guess Americans and Europeans have very different values. You can have whatever values you want in YOUR country, but you need to respect European values in Europe. Why is that difficult to understand for Americans?? Why do Americans want to impose THEIR values to other countries?? Please explain.

@namelessking8905 btw, I was/am neither pro Trump nor pro Harris. They are both horrible imo. The EU prefered Harris because she would have kept the status quo. Trump is a wild card and Bruxelles doesnt know what to expect of him. So it's pretty obvious they prefered Harris. Actually many were vocal about rooting for Trump, like Orbán in Hungary, or Salvini in Italy. The thing is, nobody in Europe has the power to influence American elections. The richest man in the world who just bought the American elections obviously could do the same in every country he wants.
