  5. Honestly, as a far left voting woman, her stand against France and colonialism is something I approve of. My main problems with Meloni are her opinion on LGBT, her opinion against abortion, her tendency to censor opposition's voice on national tv (RAI), and the fact that she brings religion into politics. Religion must stay out of politics, especially in a country where most people do not give a shit about religion. Also, she should not run for European elections, but other parties are doing the same so I blame all of them. They make a mockery of European elections, all of them.

  11. Actually, muslims and Arabs integrate well in Italy. They love Italy. They think Italy, especially the South and Sicily, is different than the USA, UK, France, Germany. They have no beef with us. So we dont really have islamic extremism nor ghettos. Wonder why Italy never had an islamic terrorist attack while the rest of Europe did? Also, its not in Italy's interests to make enemies in Africa and the Middle East since we share the Mediterranean Sea.

After the war, people wanted to vote for communists, but the USA did not let them. In the 70s, again, so many Italians voted for PCI (Europe's biggest communist party) than the USA got worried, again, that Italy would turn into a communist country.
