You've skipped a lot more than just a "little bit". It's great that you're owning up to your mistake, but you've again presented Russia as this poor helpless victim & Eastern Europeans as just pawns, completely disregarding the imperialism Russia, more specifically, the Soviet Union did throughout the 20th century, the ethnic cleansing & Russification programs many people went through & their families & how & why that impacted their decision into turning towards the West. You also completely disregarded the fact that countries don't just magically change overnight. New states acquire the geopolitical problems & ambitions from their predecessors, hence why the USSR acted imperialist as it had the same geopolitical problems like Imperial Russia. Also, you just completely straight up formed the narrative in your own way via the Poland story. The US rejected Poland 3-4 times from joining NATO, that they had to literally threaten they'd get nukes if they weren't allowed to join. Whilst you framed it as if the US jumped in immediately to expand towards Eastern Europe. And last but not least you again mentioned how Russia was basically powerless in the 90s, but again, immediately after the dissolution of the USSR Russia fought the Chechen War, and invaded 2 sovereign states; Moldova & Georgia. You framed it as if there was no reason for NATO to expand as Russia didn't give any indicators it would act with aggression, which in fact it did.
The apology & everything is great, but these things at best are a severe lapse in research as they're generally common knowledge about this topic, while at worst, this was framed intentionally as such to push some sort of narrative, be it Russian propaganda or far left "West is imperialist and bad". There are no 2 sides of the story, there is objective fact & then there is the video you made. This is incredibly problematic as Eastern Europe this year has been the victim of hybrid warfare conducted by Russia via a disinformation campaign & election meddling. And you, as someone with a huge audience of let's face it, a lot of Westerners who don't know jack about Eastern Europe, can very easily influence them & spread extremely harmful & problematic talking points. Again, props to owning up to your mistake, but it was a huge mistake indeed.

@soul8938 Um.. no.
Albanians only became a majority in Kosovo during the Ottoman times due to a program of Ottoman colonization where they brought in Albanians who converted to Islam into the region so they would govern it. By the beginning of the 20th century Serbs made 30% of Kosovo's population meanwhile Albanians were 70%. The process of more Albanians being settled there was intensified during Tito's reign, as his ultimate plan was to integrate Albania into Yugoslavia and planned to give Kosovo to Albania when it became a republic, and aimed to show the Albanians living in Albania how much their lives were better in Kosovo.
>inb4 we wuz illyrianz n shiet
>1 million people ethnically cleansed
Again having 95% of the population of Kosovo literally shows that the Serbs were the ones ethnically cleansed. The hundreds of orthodox monasteries that were destroyed are even more proof.
Did cleansing happen during Milosevic? Yes. However, these "cleansings" were linked to KLA members and their supporters, who were categorized by Yugoslavia as a terrorist organization, and even by the US up until their involvement in the war.
>Minorities in Kosovo most well protected in the Balkans
They're only protected due to KFOR and the international community. The people who formed the Kosovo government and who were in it were ex. KLA members who ethnically cleansed the territories of Serbs, such as Hashim Tahaci and Ramush Hardinaj. And even with KFOR Serb cemeteries & churches and temples are a constant target for extremists. The monastery, Gracanica, is the most endangered cultural heritage site on earth, and the Kosovo government has done little to nothing to prevent these attacks. They've also continued to deny the formation of a union of Serbian northern municipalities.
You can accuse me of having an agenda all you want, it's true we all do. But don't go on pretending you're on the right side of history when you're spewing rhetoric from a state that was founded by a terrorist organization (named that by Yugoslavia, the US, Northern Macedonia, and the EU) and ethnic cleansing of Serbs, and only continues to exist due to narco trafficking.
P.S. calling Serbs "Servs" as a slur and insult is quite cringe

1. The Nazis won the German elections by having around 30% of the vote. 60% of the Germans didn't vote for them. By the end of WWII was only when the German populace found out about the atrocities of the Nazis against the Jews, Gypsies, Poles, and others deemed as undesirable. Germany was rebuilt into a successful democratic state by the Allies by not demonizing all Germans as Nazis.
2. No, the average Russian has not been making money and benefiting from Russian imperialist policies. I addressed this in my video at 08:53 the average Russian makes considerably less than the average European, and even less than the average person in the Balkans.
3. Poland, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, were puppet states of the Soviet Union. Mass demonstrations erupted and would be violently suppressed by the ruling governments & the Soviets and then there wouldn't be a mass demonstration for a while. Russia has protests & demonstrations however, they too get violently suppressed. Claiming the average person is to blame in Russia is similar to blaming the average North Korean citizen for not protesting or the average Eritrean. 4. There isn't a single country without blood. Yes, Russia was extremely brutal in its oppression of Eastern Europe. But acting that an entire ethnicity is inherently evil & rotten is ludicrous. By the same logic the Poles are also inherently horrendous for oppressing the Lithuanians & Ruthenians within the Commonwealth. Hell the French, British, Belgians, Spanish, and Portuguese as well must also be corrupted to the core because of what they did between the 16th and 19th centuries to Africans and Native Americans. Genes don't make you a bad person. Your actions & thoughts do.

Medjutim idalje se grade ti ruzni blokovi, i stare zgrade poput onih u Dorcolu, gradovima u Vojvodini, i ostalim bivaju totalnu zapostavljene. @Sichko021

Russian is the WORST of all Slavic languages simply due to the writing system. Most other Slavic languages follow the 1 letter 1 sound rule. Or something similar where 1 or more letters combine to make another sound and its pretty straight forward. Russian on the other hand is basically the French of Slavic lnaguages.
Russian has the letters: Э (pronounced eh), Й (prounounced yuh), and it has the, A, O, Y (pronounced oo), И( pronounced ee) vowels. Which is great right? But then it has a letter for each vowl combined with Й: Я (ya), Ю (yu), E (ye), Ё (yo). Which is basically useless if there are already letters which can be combined to symbolize the correct sound.
Then there is the letter O. Which is in 99% of cases not pronounced as O (oh), but rather as "Ah". Dispite there being the letter A that makes the same god damn sound. You only pronouce O as O if it is accented. So for an example the word for milk молоко(moloko) will be pronounced as "malako".
Then there is the rule that when the letter И goes after some consonant it becomes a softer consonant. As in you add the sound "ye" after you say it. But if you put any of the Я, Ю, E, Ё letters that effect happens as well.
And sometimes the letter Г (guh), will be pronounced as В (vuh), despite again there existing a letter for that sound which is literally B. For an example the word for "He" EГO (ego), is pronounced as EBO (evo). And this shit doesn't even have a pattern.
And don't even get me started on Ь & Ъ.
Anyways thanks for listening to my TED talk

My process was relatively straight forward. After applying for HU citizenship got it in around 7 months after going to the consulate & doing the interview. However, moving to Romania was a pain in the a**. Basically, even though I'm an EU citizen you still technically need to apply for residency as a way of "decency" & "being registered somewhere". However, the problem is, the immigration office is in the center of a mall and only works 1 day a week, while others are others who got an appointment. So each week people would come a day earlier to sleep over at the mall to get in line, because only 20 people would be seen a day max. Meanwhile the line would sometimes have 50-80+. So people would get in fights over some people thinking that they can just sign their name on a piece of paper & then leave, meanwhile tens were waiting since the other day literally sleeping over. For months I just wouldn't even go cause the line was too long. However, one day I just decided to push through, wait for hours, argue with people about my place in line, almost get in a physical fight with a Moldovan who was cutting, and got my residency after more or less a year. Fiance once spent the night over at the mall, was 1st in line, only for the immigration service to say "we'll no longer be acknowledging people in the line & who've slept over, but those who are the closest to their visas expiring". To hell with Iulius mall, and to hell with Cluj's immigration service

Sure, I'll flex it in one video. I literally graduated from Belgrade & we've had both speakers from Russia, India, Turkey, as well as Germany, UK, US. And have been thought by professors from ex-Yugoslavia. So idk what bias you're really referring to. Oh and also, the textbooks used were written by experts from UK, US, Ex-Yugoslavia, and again Russia.
