I don't know what technical difficulties are there. But CB Naidu is the kind of blackmail ruler attitude. No one in central government underestimating him. During Vajapai Sir regime CBN forced for early election, what happened?. UPA came to power, did they do good to your State?, they split AP and created hell lot of problems. CBN didn't get majority.
