  1. Odisha government took lot of precautionary measures to protect their state and people, therefore less damage and less casualties. Bcoz of government's alertness, state can manage with Rs 500 crore relief fund from central government. WB state is ruled by irresponsible idiots. Loss of lives too much, destruction is huge. Had there been a responsible government, out of 1000 crore Rs relief fund, Rs 500 crore would have been saved, and used for CoviD-19 purpose.
