To the lady that applied at Starbucks, probably because they are putting in self pay kiosks and the fact that many Starbucks workers want to form a union, I’m guessing management is probably picky on who they want to hire. They can also use AI 🤖 computerization to make coffee. I saw a video recently where many cruise ships are using robotic arms to make drinks 🍷 for customers on the ships. It’s unfortunately happening to many service based jobs. I also think 🤔 the kiosks are in response of workers asking for higher wages. You need something long sustaining job like healthcare

  55.  @mrsmerily  you do you, if you like that field of nursing go for it, I think 🤔 this group was saying it’s not for them. If you want to stand on your feet for 20 hours a day with your back breaking, more power to you. I know I wouldn’t bust my butt doing it, others don’t mind doing the work. I have to stay in a desk job because of my back and I can’t stand for a while, without my legs hurting. They should actually allow the nurses to use an office chair when they go from rooms to rooms, probably easier on them surprised 😱 nobody suggested this yet. Also for nursing they have to be on duty all the time even when they are off work imagine if someone has a medical emergency 🚨 they are expected to help in the public, whereas a lay person wouldn’t know what to do. I do think it’s admirable however, I personally wouldn’t want to be tied down to emergency after emergency day in and day out, some people might consider it counterproductive. Some people do like the rush of emergency situations. Thanks for all you do, Good Job 👍

The point I’m making is standing up or sitting down doesn’t matter especially when my moms cousin had two hip replacements due to her standing throughout her career
