While, one profession can be adapted to one person it cannot another person. The labor market needs a long term solution to this problem such as skills in chip manufacturing or coding skills

  5. They provided homes for workers in the mills back in the 1800’s over in England, you basically had to sign a contract and back then they even hired children to work in the mills. It was like a form of slavery or indentured servants

  6. Finding a job is a joke today. I have a job now but I’m staying at my company. The applicant pool is probably high right now especially for good jobs so it’s made the competition almost impossible. I have my masters and 10 years experience in healthcare and I still couldn’t find a better job. The job market is awful

  13. Even trades are bullshit jobs, I was watching a YouTube video where a robot 🤖 can do line work for electricity and another one can fix toilets for plumbers. The conditions of trades are deplorable and many people who I know can’t stand them and many who have gotten laid off, especially in construction 🚧

  14. Nobody, especially the government is going to bail you out, you and me have to do it ourselves. Simple things don’t buy a car if you can’t afford it. I hate to say it but don’t get married, don’t have kids. Stay away from those buy now pay later things. Now many people are considering tiny homes and many military tents are huge and you can easily hook up electricity to them. Also the tents ⛺️ today can withstand 10 degrees and keep people warm in the winter. Many sleeping bags are also made for cold weather. Problem is today these homes are soo big per square footage, even if someone wanted a smaller home in a typical housing market, they would still have to spend the 500,000 dollars. Trick is, buy a tiny home and heck use a wood 🪵 stove if you have to, it’s definitely much cheaper than running a furnace in a home 🏠. Next if you are going to buy a tiny home, buy a small piece of land, without a home on it and build if you have to, this is what our ancestors did when they needed to build a home 🏡. Yes you might have to pay 10,000 for a small square footage piece of land but once you build the house yourself or buy a tiny home, it’s then yours without monster debt, and of course you’ll still have property taxes but it will be lower than a huge mortgage payment

  16.  @RomanoCountyFair  inflation is going to get worse, people who once were able to afford larger cities like NYC, Philadelphia or Miami are moving to smaller cities such as Sarasota, Providence, Newark, Buffalo and Cincinnati and then the people that lived there are now moving out. This is a serious 🧐 crisis, that will displace millions. I read that now in Miami you have to be a multimillionaire to afford housing and then people with less money had to move to a smaller city. Also I think 🤔 the housing issues are people sitting on their homes and not selling, or waiting for a profit, because if they move into a more expensive home they will buy at a lost, unless they downsize to a smaller home 🏠

  19.  @EricHoffert-r1j  I certainly do not like how they spend the tax money now, they spend money 💰 like drunken sailors, and it’s going to get worse. The government actually created the inflation with their government workers and lavish lifestyles, now because of that when you go into the market, if they spend a lot you are expected to spend a lot as well during inflation or otherwise you could loose everything unless you meet their price point or re-train with marketable skills. I just don’t see where UBI will help especially if there is a high demand for housing now and nobody is building new homes 🏠. I think 🤔 we will need more construction 🚧 workers to handle many more housing projects. It’s the same thing with food simply put supply and demand. The politicians know there is more money 💰that is produced and it creates inflation, however people get their hands on the money, well the government doesn’t care and the the ones who do get the money 💰 and spend generally dictate the market and how prices go up or down. Give. The shutdowns with Covid and business looses I don’t see inflation going down anytime soon. Don’t be surprised if one day you’ll be paying 100 dollars for a loaf of bread 🥖

  26.  @homeacres9454 everyone has skills, you forget we live in a rigged economy. I know people who have IT skills and got nothing, many of which were computer programmers. The economy is worse than you think 🤔. I blame the politicians who lied over the years promising everything to the masses and even the ones who worked hard and gained skills for the labor market skill couldn’t find anything. People with the right connections will survive, because it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. Nepotism is at a all time high in the USA 🇺🇸 favors for family and friends has to stop 🛑 it’s illegal and unfunny 😂
