  5. Yes because they want your feedback for free instead of paying a person to do their work. If you want feedback about the interview process or hiring process, pay me money to give you feedback, this is generally a tricky way a company tries to steal ideas from applicants 😊

  7. They are re-posting them because some states require that a job be posted, or they might have someone with the right skills for the job. God forbid if they hired someone with experience and or education, it’s become a joke 😂

  16. You have to look at US News and world report one of the fastest growing careers is a Nurse Practitioner, and it can demand up to 6 figures, that is set to grow over 5-7% over the next 10 years. Engineering is another growing industry

  17. I work two jobs I’m not ashamed to admit it, during the week I do healthcare management and on the weekends retail. By the way when I’m at retail on weekends, I work with a nurse who is there for extra money 💰 and at my local grocery store there is a police officer I talked to who told me he does security at the grocery store at night for extra cash 💰, even skilled professionals are having to work two jobs, it’s the normal thing today

  19. Yeah because they can use an algorithm for workday and program if to allow every candidate under 40, but not allow any candidate over 40, I even think 🤔 they might be able to use if and then statements and have to be careful to avoid a syntax error

  20. @Labor Gains man, if it makes you or anyone feel better I got an email 📧 from a recruiter who wanted to do an interview over the phone, and never called me at the specified time, then ghosted me when I tried to call her back to ask if there was an interview? I took time out of my day which I am busy because I work and she has the audacity to ignore a phone interview she setup

  21. Yes years ago in 2007 I worked for a temp agency. I personally didn’t like it because they promised a permanent job but when the project was over they laid us off.

Yes I have heard of Alight they are a third party organization that does recruitment but also with some companies focuses on HR benefits such as health benefits, vacation time once you get hired, these are outsourced to Philippines 🇵🇭 or India 🇮🇳 and their job is to answer general questions about how much vacations someone has left or the companies 401k program etc. The companies actually found a way to cut HR professionals for general benefit questions

  26. They do these ghost jobs where they don’t even intend on hiring anyone. Also I agree for weeks they put that guy in emotional distress. I actually read that some of these companies post job ads to help candidates think 🤔 they are hiring and to boost their morale. They have to be sick in the head to think like this, of course unless their budget isn’t finalized, perhaps they are waiting for interest payments from the stock market for their budget, this is the typical game of corporate businesses

Yeah that synopsis thing was on indeed many companies started using this process for the first round, you would essentially get on camera 🎥 with your shirt 👔 and tie and answer questions or issues that were presented to you. If your answers were sufficient enough then a real person would call you to setup the round 2 interview which could be in person at a office or round 2 from your computer to talk to the hiring manager 😊

  31. Yeah I agree with you it does seem the narrative in society if there is a resume gap, then they think your lazy. Some people have this mentality that they think 🤔 everyone that is out of work did it on purpose, heck years ago when I got laid off the unemployment office was rude, this is what they are taught because they won’t want people utilizing the benefits. I’m glad I work today in management, and right now it’s so tight I wouldn’t leave my job unless I was absolutely sure another job was there. Not sure what’s happening in businesses but I suspect many jobs that used to require people now do not due to artificial intelligence, and there are hundreds of jobs that have been misplaced. I would say the jobs that are growing is in healthcare, tech companies specifically in artificial intelligence, microchip manufacturing, trades such as plumbing 🪠, electrician, heating and Air Conditioning HAVAC.

  34.  @benzemamumba the one thing I did admire about South Africa 🇿🇦 is their mining ⛏️ infrastructure and diamond industry, which has great value to the world. I don’t know if they have gold but there are plenty of mineral deposits in that area. Maybe Victoria Falls heading north or Zambezi River? The South Africans become self sufficient away from the British, they fought the Zulu war in 1879 at Rourke’s drift but lost and in the end they fought another battle where the Zulu’s defeated a whole British regiment

  36.  @LaborGains I knew a lady one time that took a convenience store job so she could feed her kids she walked between 10-20 miles before she got a car 🚘 to her job, that shows determination. She had told me at the time she lived in a rural area where there wasn’t many bus 🚌 lines for her

  40. I totally agree with you I’m in healthcare management and I even tried applying internally for a higher management position, all of it was rejected. Recruiter told me the competition was fierce 😮 so I took that as recruiters being highly selective

  41. What they are doing for some technical professionals is they give them a project such as setting up a network and work stations and as soon as it’s complete your laid off, it happened to me in the past until I got sick of it and got a permanent job
