  1. Nothing wrong with requiring a firearms safety course, competency test, licensing and insurance for concealed carry. We need to stop 50K VICTIMS from lax gun laws. If you can't abide by that, then you do not deserve to own a firearm. 2A is all about well regulation first, before anyone earns the right to keep and bear arms. By the way, you are not the militia until you are well regulated. Very telling that you leave that off of your shirt.
