  1. 'Force the Vote' is the wrong strategy because it does not get M4A passed into law. It only kicks the can down the road to the next election, again. The correct strategy is to 'Force the Bill into Law.' Before the vote gets forced, the progressives must first force the M4A bill to be included with any must-pass bill. Then they must force the House to not negotiate it away in the Senate bill. This may take a national strike to force Congress to actually represent the people over the oligarchy.
