@richardthompson6366 Exactly. He was running from a crazy guy who was just released from the crazy home that day for being violent. Obviously, they released him too soon. If it wasn't for him, no one would have been shot. If Kyle wasn't there, the crazy guy would have gone after somebody else, according to the videos of him. He was looking for a fight, and lost.

@HelloAnnyong That's the school's fault. Obviously, he has a clear case against the school for wrongful dismissal. He also has a case against the MSM for intentionally lying about him, which has affected his reputation, caused him financial loss, and endangered his life.

@dicky7600 That depends on the state. In some states, you have to register, take a safety test, and get licensed to open/conceal carry. Those are the sane states. Those are the ones that prohibit guns in bars and on college campuses.

@johanstinson You're talking to yourself. Get out of this conversation. A very large percentage of mass shootings/murders are committed by crazy people with AR-15s, their assault weapon of choice. By the way, parts in the AR-15 "assault rifle" can be swapped with an actual "weapon of war."

@dicky7600 It is necessary that you be well regulated first, before anyone earns the right to keep and bear arms. Thousands of long-standing constitutional gun laws proove it. 2A is not absolute because 2A itself finds limitations are necessary.

@dicky7600 Yes according to the Constitution, and yes according to 2A, which literally calls for gun control in the first half of the amendment! Your minority opinion does not overrule the Supreme Court or long-standing precedents. Most gun laws are constitutional. Every state has them. So do most counties and communities. The desire for gun laws is overwhelming throughout the country. Only the paranoid gun nuts are against holding themselves accountable for their actions with guns. After over 200 years of constitutional gun laws in every part of the country, get used to it already!

@dicky7600 LOL! Wrong! Well regulated meant and still means both the people and their weapons are in good working order. My rights include the first half of 2A, which helps to keep firearms out of the hands of the wrong people. Only gun nuts want to be not held accountable and use assault weapons and weapons of war. They actually should be the first to have their guns grabbed from them, for the health and well-being of everyone within shooting distance.
