Quoting 1A does not advance any argument or prove any point. Anyone can film anything in public. One does not have to be a member of the press, even in a protest.
Without the "well regulated" clause in the 2A, everyone would have the constitutional right to keep and bear arms, including prison felons.
The whole point of "well regulated" is self-explanatory. We can't have people walking around with defective firearms or military weapons, and we can't have the wrong people gaining access to any firearms at all. This applies to the entire country.
One must first be well regulated before they earn the right to keep and bear arms.
Of course, if you try to raise arms against the government, you will be guilty of treason, according to Article 3, Section 3 of the Constitution, as well as domestic terrorism, according to the Patriot Act.
