  10. The only people who are not subject to the jurisdiction of the US are diplomats with diplomatic immunity. Undocumented immigrants are 100% subject. Otherwise, the police, and ICE would not be allowed to arrest them. Therefore, only diplomats cannot have birthright citizenship for their newborns in the US. Her strawman argument about US vs English common law is completely irrelevant. No common law is actual law, and certainly does not alter the intent of the 14th Amendment. Heh! I shot down her 75 page rant with less than 75 words.

  13.  @lowdown49  If the parents really were "NOT subject to the jurisdiction of the United States," then they would be immune to arrest and prosecution as if they were diplomats. Of course, that is not the case, therefore, their US born baby is indeed a natural born US citizen.

The only exceptions are for parents who fall outside the jurisdiction of the US, which include members of a hostile occupying force, and diplomats. End of story!
