  1. Every person has different human life experiences, which formulate our different human perspectives. A computer programmed with artificial general intelligence AGI can never have human life experiences. Therefore, it can never think like a human, nor can it ever gain sentience like a human. That does not rule out the ability of an AGI computer to gain sentience from the perspective of an AGI computer. One more point. An AGI computer is trained to learn. But that ability to learn is not self-reflection and is also not sentience.
