  13. Forcing the vote is the wrong strategy. We need to force Congress to vote the bill into law. This is easily done by attaching progressive bills to the must-pass national budget bill, or some other must-pass bill.

We don't have to wait another two years in hopes the Democrats will attain a majority in both the House and Senate. Of course, we already had that under Obama. However, the Senate Dems refused to remove the filibuster so they could blame the Republicans for obstructionism. So when the hell are we ever going to be able to pass progressive laws if we don't force the law here and now?
