  1. What I don’t get here is why can’t Ukraine, for the time being at least, just become a neutral state until Putin shuffles off this mortal coil? He’s akin to a drunk ex pitching up at yours demanding you back. Humour the fuckwit. He’ll pass, along with his primitive Cold War fantasies he’s been stewing since 1989. Just tolerate him for a while. If only to spare the planet the biggest conflagration based on what is no more than a whiff of geopolitical jealousy that one repressed freak never managed to overcome.
