@Gary Similar crimes? Wtf are you on about? We had a horrendous mass shooting back in 1996. We banned hand guns. Since then, we haven’t had a single mass shooting. Get your facts right, son.

One of the most important ones being that, as a rule, you can go to school every day without fear of being blown away by a disaffected homicidal nutjob who can access assault rifles like he can buy a candy bar. It’s ridiculous. Can you people not see this? Just regulate your guns. Vet. Background check. Monitor the types of guns you are dispensing willy-nilly. Every other country on this planet, more or less does this. America is an outlier. Wake up!
