  1. Imagine hating on someone for something they didn’t choose. Not only that, imagine hating on someone for something as stupid as the colour of their skin. My own theory here, for what it is worth, is that Vini’s a victim of a trend I’ve noticed in Western Europe for at least the last decade: rising intolerance to incomers (particularly economic immigrants coming to Europe from Africa/Middle East to make a new life). I’m willing to bet very good money that if Vini were not only black, but also a Muslim, he’d be experiencing even worse stuff than he already is. Sad for everyone involved.
