@MrSimonson Fair enough. No, I can imagine that if you’re accused of sexual assault and this becomes common knowledge amongst your social/family circle, then this would be problematic. However, if I were falsely accused by a woman of sexual crimes and it didn’t get out and become public knowledge, I’d probably be ok.

Not sure that the ‘camera evidence’ would be strong enough to be admissible in a court of law.

I also find some of his stand-up vaguely amusing. However, I find his dark sexual stuff and his attitudes to women in this regard little different to Andrew Tate.

@MrSimonson No, I dare say it isn’t. Probably why I think there’s a strong case to made for anonymity in cases like Brand’s and yours, until at least they reach a criminal threshold. That said, you told us you went through the legal process, so yeah, it would’ve got out in your case.
