@Shelley-j2y Huh? Am I missing something here? Don’t have an issue with this. As so often with these trigger debates, this is all about offence versus harm . It’s crucial to properly distinguish between ‘offence’ and ‘harm’. You cannot be offended against your will. If you are offended, you play an active role in being offended. A potential offence is offered (here, a cartoon of a trans man after a mastectomy) and you choose whether or not to take that offence. No one can be offended without their own intrinsic consent. So, in this case a cartoon has ‘offended’ certain people? So what? You’re offended. Deal with it. No one is harming you here. It’s exactly like when Mohammed is portrayed in certain cartoons and some people are ‘offended’. Again, so what? I’m sure Kevin and Mike would be the first to concur with free speech, unless it happens to offend them !
