  1. Right decision. This is just another case of Islam’s supreme sense of self-entitlement. For some reason, it seems to think it stands apart from all the other religions when it comes to rights and privileges. There should be no overt religious practice in any publicly-funded state school. Religion is a private matter and should remain that way. As a lifelong agnostic, I have zero time for all organised religion, but the one I least trust currently is Islam, as it’s the only one that seems to demand most respect for its values, whilst simultaneously giving least respect for others’ values.
