Interesting that openly drinking alcohol in public is outlawed in most of America, yet openly carrying a loaded gun is tickety-boo! Looks like they have this the wrong way round. đĽ´

âWelcome to the U.S.: we arm our teachers.â âWelcome to the U.K.: we donât even arm most of our police!â

And so the random homicidal madness will go on. âThe definition of insanity is doing the same experiment and expecting different results.â (Albert Einstein) Americaâs âexperimentâ with guns needs more than a few tweaks.

 @wasidanatsali6374 âDo more guns equal more crimeâ? With a homicide rate consistently 4x that of comparable nations I would say they do.

 @kazaiza6405 We are talking about guns; that is the issue at hand here. America has a sick relationship with firearms, and is therefore paying the price for this. Itâs so obvious to anyone with eyes to see, and who isnât blinded by the 2nd Amendment.

Well, it can actually. People make mistakes sometimes, fyi.

 @wasidanatsali6374 Word salad. âDo more guns equal more crimeâ? With a homicide rate consistently 4x that of comparable nations I would say they do.

@Alexei Smirnoff Yup. And our last mass shooting was 26 years ago. 26 years. Read it and weep, America.

 @wasidanatsali6374 They donât talk about âbanning ropes and car exhaustsâ because, unlike guns, these things are not specifically made to maim and kill things, which is, of course, the primary function of a gun.

 @Aaron11oD Totally disagree.

 @quillo2747 Yes, but Canada has far stricter rules about who can own and what types of weapon they can own.

 @BNOCSK Lies, damned lies and statistics.

Yeah, and like those two recent nutters in Buffalo and Uvalde were full paid-up gang members protecting their territory, right?đł

 @wasidanatsali6374 The gun crime in Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil and Mexico is overwhelmingly linked to intra-criminal gang turf wars. Between 2009-2018 there were 0 school shootings in Uruguay, 0 in Argentina, 2 in Brazil, 8 in Mexico. In that same period there were 288 in America.

 @Jay_in_Japan No; Iâd rather there were stricter controls on who legally gets a gun and what type of gun this is. This ainât rocket-science to most every other nation on this planet. This is a peculiarly American problem, and we all know why that is.

 @a.t.c.3862 Iâm not American. I disagree.
