  1. The real question in all this crap is how humans have created a system which allows mass accretions of wealth to accrue to one person. As my dear departed grandma used to say: “Money is like muck; no use unless it’s spread.” If I were an alien who had just landed on this planet, and you told me that 1 person had $44 billion to throw away on something that probably won’t even exist in 25 years, while 10,000 people die of avoidable hunger every day, my instant thought would be that this planet is deeply, deeply primitive. 👽
