  1. 4:56 Don't do this Kyle! If everything is a war crime than nothing is. The U.S government currently isn't at war with Afghanistan so this can't be a war crime. It's a tragedy but it's not a war crime.

  4.  @patchwurk6652  The U.S. government has a very warped and hypocritical view of war crimes that I don't agree with at all. I go by the actual definition and I want to hold Kyle to that same standard. Especially since he's such a stickler for definitions (democratic socialism vs. social democracy).

  8.  @oregonsbragia  I'm only addressing this because Kyle is such a stickler for definitions. He definitely has enough intellectual honesty to admit he misspoke on this particular point. He should just call it a crime against humanity instead of a war crime and that would solve the problem.
