  2. Not really, the original members are mostly dead. And replaced by entirely new people. To the extent it was oringinakly a battalion of 300 personal and grew to a regiment of 2,500. Which recruits from Russian speaking regions. Whatever fascist influence was there has been systematically depleted from attrition. And reinforcement by ethnic Russian recruits. They don't even use the original unit symbols anymore.

  3. Putin already admitted Wagner was part of the Army. That's how they sidestepped Russia's anti-mercenary laws and had access to millitary grade heavy weapons/armored vehicles.
