For a moment, I thought you were surprised Russia has been there 10 months and still hasn't taken Bakhmut.

@Ew Only outdated in the sense it's going on to 9 months. Lol😂

No it's really more to a lack of advertisers willing to support this channel. Advertising agencies pay YouTube to run ads. And some of that goes the content creator. If you see ads on the video (there are), then the creator is probably lying. More so, considering this guy is openly vacationing in Dubai. While also claiming he doesn't get enough money from YouTube.

They were definitely built solid. Some of those are Khrushchevkas. So, they have been around since before the 70s.

@dbo514 Which didn't stop this guy from creating a video saying exactly that.

@dbo514 What is even the point of retreating. When Ukrainian objective is to recover territory. That would be like saying Russia should retreat during a hypothetically NATO incursion.

@MiniMe I showed him to a friend of mine. He said he looked like an Algerian. Which would make sense as it was a former French colony.
1
@MiniMe On a side note, he kind of reminds me of "Frenchie" from The Boys. Which is an Israeli actor doing a fake French accent.

@wdaswwqads They actually did run into a shortage of purpose built missles. Causing them to resort to using anti-shiping missle instead. Which there was a surplus after the Moskva was sunk. The statement makes a lot more sense when you look at the nuance of the original sources.

@Chad Which itself is a posible pyrrhic victory at best. Bakhmut is mostly leveled, and there's defensive lines directly behind the city. So Russia would still be stuck fighting even after taking the city proper.
1
@Chad How would you know that. Also, considering how slow the Russian advance has been. It provides the Ukrainians with the opportunity to reinforce them. Hell, that defensive line was created because the Russian advance into the city was so slow. That it allowed that secondary line to be created in the first place.

Because people just pause the video and talk crap in the comments. Notice how most don't even refer to the video itself.
1
The irony being Russia doesn't have the same support organizations as the US. Although his target audience is probably ignorant of that.
1
@Ew So how are they wrong about this operation taking over 6 months. The Soviets literally retook Stalingrad quicker.
1
@Ew Speed is extremely valuable when your opposition is exploiting time to further entrench and receive foreign aid.
