  1. Except Russian do actually use the MPL-50 shovel in close combat. It's essentially a piece of Russian millitary lore. To be honest the meme doesn't even make much sense.

  2.  @evilleader1991  I read the MOD report, it simply repeated what Prigozhin was already saying. That Wagner was resorting to reduce ammo and using MPL-50 spades. Which is useful in close combat situations. While also being useful in preparing defensive positions. There is no meme in a report saying that Wagner was being resourceful.

  3. Except very few nations acknowledge it as annexed by Russia. Especially when members of the Russian government and media admitted to Russian intervention in 2014.
